The criteria for the Junior Citizen is as follows: They must be a resident of Mid Calder and be under 18 years old. Do you know anyone who deserves this award? Is there someone you know who is raising a lot of money for charity? Is there anyone who gives up their time freely to help others? The winner of the Junior Citizen will receive The Billy Preston Shield along with a Gift Voucher and the Senior will receive the Ian Ross memorial Quaich.
