All are welcome and attraction­s include bouncy castle and slide, assault course, nerf wars, beat the goalie, face painting, BBQ, homebaking, tombola, raffle, pocket money stall, bric a brac and much more. The Pilates classes at Deer Park are held on Wednesday evenings at 6pm & 7pm. These classes are for beginner/intermedia­te level and uniquely are run by a Senior Physiother­apist. Further informatio­n and booking for the 8 week block must be made through our website - www.physioledp­ilates.com Swim West Lothian Lessons Programme We now have 3 venues that we offer our Learn To Swim Lessons. James Young High School – Friday Afternoons from 1-4.30pm, Armadale Academy – Saturday morning 9.00 – 11.00am and Deans Community High School on Saturday mornings from 10.30 – 12.15. Classes to suit all abilities- we offer lessons for 49 weeks a year from 3 years old. We also do Rookie Lifequard classes at James Young High School from 1-2pm. Ukuele Club is held in Deans Community High School every Tuesday from 7-9pm. This is for all levels from beginners to experience­d and all age groups. Volunteer Drivers Wanted to help older people get to local groups. If you would like to help an older person access local groups such as Singing for Health, the Cyrenians Befriendin­g Service would love to hear from you. The Befriendin­g Service helps alleviate loneliness and isolation in older people. One of the ways we do this is by assisting people to get out and about in their community. Volunteer drivers are urgently required in the Livingston area. Expenses are reimbursed at 45p per mile. Soccer Centre – Aimed at 5 to 8 year old boys and girls, giving them the chance to practice skills and play small side games in a positive environmen­t. Saturdays from 11.30 running to 12.30pm. Cost is £3.50 per week, participan­ts just turn up and pay and play on the day. Held at Deans Community HS. Aquanauts Livingston Swimming Club have spaces in our lessons program for beginners up to personal survival level. We teach at West Calder high school on a Monday evening and Inveralmon­d CHS on a Thursday evening.
