Dance Class Take some time just for you. Get lost in the music and put your cares to one side. Join this inclusive and welcoming contemporary dance class for women aged 40 and above. Meet new friends and discover how wonderful you can feel. Classes will run every week except during school holidays, at Craigswood Leisure Centre, Livingston from 4-5pm. Jidel Judo 93 has classes on a Monday and Friday at Excite @ Craigswood Sports Centre. Jidel is a family run and ordinated club. Beaver Scout Group We currently have spaces for both boys and girls aged between 6 and 8 years old. Meetings take place on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-7.30pm in Toronto Primary School and we offer a wide range of fun games, crafts, outings, friendship and a chance to learn and try new things. Offbeat is a well-established Arts and Media based drop - in for young people aged between 12- 9 years in and around the Craigshill area providing activities such as cooking skills, music tuition, sports, graffiti, theatrical make up, art as well as hosting workshops on healthy relationships, healthy eating, lgbt and sexual health. Drop-in times are Friday 1pm-4pm in the Community Wing Riverside Prmary School, Maree Walk, Craigshill, EH54 5BP.
Craigshill’s Drop - In meets in the community wing in Riverside. The club offers various activities for young people from the age of 12 to 21 years providing pool, music, Xbox as well as advice and support. Livingston Cricket Club run indoor practices for 5-13 year olds from 6-8pm on a Wednesday. Practices are held at Deans High School Livingston and cost £3 per practice. Dementia Care Would you like to give a few hours voluntary time to work with people with dementia on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at the Rosebery Centre in Livingston? The centre has over 200 stimulating activities designed to provide motivation and stimulation to our clients. It is known for its success in this area, however, in order to continue providing this level of service we urgently need more volunteers. We would be delighted to hear from you.
