Pop party set for Howden Park Centre

Pop fans are in for a treat at Howden Park Centre in Livingston next week.

Ultimate Pop Party, featuring Little Fix, Justin Bieber Experience and Rihanna Reloaded, will be staged on Thursday (August 3). The Ultimate Pop Party brings together the UK’s number one tribute acts to Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Little Mix for one night of pure pop magic. With dazzling costumes, dancers and amazing vocals, this electric stage show is perfect for all the family.

Each act will perform a high-energy show, closely replicatin­g the vocal abilities and choreograp­hy of the original acts. Hear some of the biggest chart hits from recent years,‘Umbrella’, ‘Diamonds’,‘What Do you Mean’,‘Sorry’, ‘Wings’,‘Black Magic’and more. This non-stop pop celebratio­n is guaranteed to get everyone dancing. Children under 14 must be accompanie­d by an adult aged 18 or over. The show will take place at 7pm. Budding writers and poets can enjoy a special evening at West Lothian Write hosted by Ellie Stewart. The event at Howden Park Centre will be an evening of poetry, reading and storytelli­ng in the company of local writers. Guest host Ellie Stewart is a playwright and a poet. This session is an opportunit­y to present a short piece of writing (up to six minutes) in a supportive environmen­t. Please book in advance to guarantee a performanc­e slot and inform the box office if you intend to read. It takes place on Saturday, September 2, at 7pm. Tickets are priced £3.50 and are free for performers free. Suitable for age 16+.
