Uphall Primary Parent Council Uphall Primary School annual Christmas Craft Fair is on Saturday, November 18, 11am-1pm. There are 18 small businesses selling a range of different goods, class enterprise stalls and various different fundraisin­g stalls as well as home baking, tea and coffee. There is a £1 entry fee and this includes a drink and a biscuit. Please come along and help support the school. People’s Memories Cafe Meets the fourth Tuesday of the month 11am -12.30pm in the lounge of Bield’s sheltered housing, St Andrew’s Court, 20 Hawthorn Place, Uphall EH52 5BX. This friendly and supportive café is for people with dementia and their carers; anyone who likes to reminisce and share memories of ‘days gone by’ is also most welcome.
