Windball cricket is not unlike rounders and is played with a soft ball so it’s suitable for sporty and non -sporty people alike. If you fancy some fun with a group of 8 friends, colleagues or even neighbours then get in touch. We’ll start from 3pm so that parents can bring their children along if you want to....perhaps as a Mexican wave at the side of the ground . There will be a Bbq and beers for our teams so why not make a day of it? Costs will be confirmed shortly so watch the Cricket Club Social Facebook page for more info. Cricket club Ladies....keep the date 9 June 2018! Livingston Cricket Club is holding its second Ladies Day at the cricket club from 3pm till late! Highlights include: Pimp your prosecco. Best dressed hat/ fascinator wins a bottle of prosecco. Free hand massages by resident Tropic. Glitter tattoos and more. Buffet at 5pm. Games and raffles. Cost per ticket £10 includes glass of bubbly and buffet. Murieston Community Council are pleased to announce that the recent Murieston Development Trust Public Meeting was a success and a steering group has already met to take things forward. A follow up meeting will be chaired and minuted at Brucefield Farm Stonehouse Pizza and Carvery this month. An Agenda has been prepared and a Murieston Develop-

Wellhead Farm Appeal West Lothian Council and Murieston Community Council failed to convince the appeal Reporter to dismiss the appeal. The Reporter consequently fell in favour of the Wallace Land Investments who have now placed the site on the market. Once a buyer is in place a full Planning Application will be sought. However as the Reporter has awarded a planning application in principal there can be no further challenge to the development other than ensuring that the conditions under the planning application in principal are fully applied.
Pond Dipping with MEG and the West Lothian Ranger Service at Campbridge Pond on Sunday afternoon, May 27th 2018 at 2pm. This is a fun and educational pond dipping event for children to find and learn about the various species in the pond! NOTE! Spaces for children are limited for safety reasons. Coding 7-17 Year Olds! Fancy learning how to code? CoderDojo Scotland coding club at Livingston Cricket Club is held monthly on a Saturday morning. No previous experience required! Murieston United have a fun soccer school for boys and girls born in 2011. Training is every Thursday 5-6pm at Murieston home ground on the 3G. Jogging Group meets every Thursday at 6.30pm in the Murieston Cricket Club car park. A 4 week block costs £20 or 8 week block £40 and is led by experienced Jog Scotland Jog Leader Marion.
