- Bonnyrigg Rose .... 1 Fauldhouse Utd .... 0

Fauldhouse United manager Jon Connolly came out of retirement to make an appearance in goal for the Hoose as they exited the Fife and Lothians Cup in the quarter-finals.

United had suffered a 6-2 loss away to Musselburgh Athletic in Premier League action two days earlier.

Elsewhere, Linlithgow Rose got the better of Lochee United with a 1-0 home win as Tommy Coyne netted the 292nd goal of his Rose career.

In the Premier League, there was a first victory as boss for Bathgate Thistle gaffer Mikey Wilson as the Jags defeated Tayport 2-1 at home.

Whitburn would have climbed out of the bottom four with home victory over the closest rivals Arniston Rangers but slumped to a 3-0 loss.

Armadale Thistle’s hopes of a top two berth in the South Division were boosted with a 2-1 home win against Crossgates Primrose.

Sam Collumbine and Ryan Slessor netted for the hosts in the first half but Primrose pulled one back through Andy Watt after the break.

West Calder ended their season with a disappointing 3-2 home loss against Easthouses Lily while there was a 1-1 draw for Stoneyburn away at Lochgelly Albert.
