My super slimmers are inspiring
Slimming World Consultant Yvonne Hastie from the Addiewell group is delighted to introduce an exciting 5.30pm session, adding to the already vibrant 7.30pm event.
Yvonne said: “Since opening my group in Addiewell I have absolutely loved helping people achieve and hold on to their dream weight loss.
“It’s so much more than just a job. I have hosted so many member competitions and revel in the results my members have achieved.
“Miss Slinky lost an incredible 2st, 13.5lbs, Mrs Sleek raised the roof with a 6st weight loss, our Greatest Loser blew us away with a 6st weight loss and very recently, our Couple of the Year lost an outstanding 8st, 3lb between them. They truly are inspiring.
“The group offers such an amazing amount of support during Image Therapy. It is the heart of the group.
“It’s where we celebrate member achievements and support each other when slimming is a little more challenging. We cover so many topics in a short hour each week. Members always leave feeling 10ft tall and ready for the week ahead. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is when a member reaches target.
“It’s such a special celebration. I know that members have made so many changes and embraced the new grooves of Food Optimising 100 per cent, seven days a week to achieve their dream. I leave feeling the same as my members. It’s a feeling of immense satisfaction and achievement.
“I want to help as many people as I can. With the latest survey showing obesity is the second biggest cause of cancer next to smoking. I know I can help make a difference.
“I’m so pleased to introduce my new 5.30pm session at The Pitstop, Addiewell on a Monday evening. That’s even more choice for members, making it easier to come to group and soak up our weekly Image Therapy.
“I’m ready to do whatever it takes to get members in the door and well on their way of a successful weight loss journey, and most importantly, a healthier, happier and longer life. I wouldn’t change my job for the world.”
