Medium set to bring show to town Time to enjoy Bon Jovi’s music

Comedian Stuart Mitchell is set to bring his latest show to West Lothian.

‘Gordon Ramsay’s Karma Café’will be staged at Howden Park Centre in Livingston on Saturday, May 8.

In 2016, Stuart made his debut at the Edinburgh Fringe, with his show‘Dealt a Bad Hand’at The Pleasance Courtyard.

The show received critical acclaim and sell out audiences culminatin­g in an extra show due to demand.

The show recently toured venues throughout Scotland attracting more press.

2017 saw Stuart follow in the footsteps of Dara O’Briain, Paul Merton and Craig Ferguson by being handpicked to perform in the‘Best of the Edinburgh Fest’showcase at the Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne Comedy Festivals.

And into 2018 he’s become the longest-running panellist on BBC Radio Scotland’s‘Breaking the News’as well as making his debut on BBC Radio Ulster‘The Blame Game’.

Stuart has written for‘Mock the Week’(BBC1), Newsquiz (BBC Radio 4), The Now Show (BBC Radio 4) and‘The Loser World Cup’(BBC Radio Wales).

He’s been praised by The Sunday Mail as“A comedian worth catching before he becomes mega and his show was hailed by Th Daily Record as“A work of genius”.

Tickets for his Livingston show on Saturday, September 8, at 7.30pm are priced £12 or £10 for concession­s.

Tribute act Hotel California return to Howden Park Centre to perform their spectacula­r show of pure Eagles nostalgia.

Faithfully recreating the California­n sunshine-rock sound, the band performs a set including tracks from the outstandin­g Long Road Out Of Eden album. The timeless music of the Eagles appeals to audiences of every age, bringing back memories and touching the hearts and souls of each new generation.

The band’s shows have sold out many times previously.

The concert takes place on Saturday, September 1, at 7.30pm.

The popular star of TV’s‘Street Psychic’and‘Psychic Private Eyes’, Tony Stockwell is establishe­d as one of the top intuitive mediums and has shared the stage all around the world with mediums such as Colin Fry, James van Praagh and Lisa Williams.

Tony demonstrat­es his belief that those who have passed can communicat­e with their loved ones, with detailed messages, all delivered with emotion, sensitivit­y and empathy.

The evening may include psychometr­y, photograph readings and psychic prediction. This show is for entertainm­ent purposes only. It will take place on Monday, August 27, at 7.30pm. Tickets are £23.50 for rows A-E and £19.50 for rows F-M. ‘Sinatra and Me’will see Richard Shelton recreate his critically-acclaimed performanc­e of Frank Sinatra, which looks behind the iconic blue eyes.

Joined by pianist Fraser Urqhart, they’ll knock you dead with a timeless repertoire of Sinatra’s hits and the incredible synchronic­ity linking both Richard and Sinatra’s lives.

Richard has performed on TV and in concert halls across the world, sharing the stage with the Royal Philharmon­ic Orchestra, BBC Big Band, BBC Concert Orchestra and played for British and European royalty.

Last year’s‘Sinatra and Me’tour played to capacity crowds in London, New York, Los Angeles, Palm Springs and San Diego.

It has been hailed as“Simply phenomenal”by Mike Young of BBC and“Simply astounding”by Catherine Francoise of Musical Theatre Review. The show will take place on Thursday, August 30, at 7.30pm. This month will see a tribute to one of the biggest acts of the 1980s and 90s take to the stage in Livingston. Bon Jovi Forever celebrate the music of Bon Jovi with their high- energy tribute show.
