The date is Tuesday 30th October with a choice of time, either 2-3.30 pm or 7-9 pm. SMART stands for Self Management and Recovery Training and aims to help individuals gain control over their addictive behaviours through peer led mutual aid meetings. If you are trying to abstain from an addictive behaviour come along and join us at St. Johns Hospital (psychology dept.) on a Thursday evening from 6.15 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. You will be met with a warm welcome, tea or coffee and the opportunity to discuss and learn from issues for a healthy recovery. Meetings take place on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 pm to 7.30pm in Toronto Primary School and we offer a wide range of fun games, crafts, outings, friendship and a chance to learn and try new things.
