Dance SMK Danceworks is launching new classes every Saturday at Eastfield Developmen­t Centre starting on Saturday. Stretch and Tumble for 3-7 year olds from 12.45-1.30pm. Highland Dancing aged 5 years+ from 1.30-2.15pm. Stretch and Tumble 8 years+ from 2.15- 3pm and Boys only Hip Hop for 7-12 years from 3-4 pm. Take a Break Craft Group are holding a Tea and Toast event to raise funds for Poppyscotl­and. Why not come and join us on Wednesday 7 November from 10 - 1 pm in the Hub on Main Street. Tickets £2 and all welcome. Fauldhouse Community Council meet in the Partnershi­p Centre on Wed at 7 pm. Members of the community are welcome to attend.

Benefits Advice in the Partnershi­p Centre every Mon - Wed from 10 - 3 pm and on Fridays by appointmen­t only. Fauldhouse Community Developmen­t Trust invite all members of the community, especially ex-service men and women, to join us at our Inter- denominati­onal Remembranc­e Sunday Service at Fauldhouse War Memorial, Bridge Street on Sunday 11 November at 1 pm. During the laying of wreaths, children from both Primary Schools with read out the regiment, rank and names of ‘The Fallen’ inscribed on the memorial stone.

Bingo every Wednesday in the Miners Welfare. Doors open 7.30pm eyes down 8pm. Prize money £560 every week. Ten main book games plus two flyers. In addition there are two £100 snowballs. All proceeds in aid of Fauldhouse United F.C. Licensed bar and all welcome.

Charity Shop in Fauldhouse Indoor Market, 1 Blackfauld­s Place. A selection of clothes, shoes, toys, books etc all free of charge to children in need. It should be noted and respected that the shop is not designed for folk to wander in and uplift items just to fill their children’s wardrobe but rather it’s to help families who are genuinely struggling and find it extremely difficult to provide basic needs such as clothing and shoes. Any family in such circumstan­ce is welcome to drop into the shop at any time. Shop opening hours Mon - Friday 10-3 pm.

Toddlers Group in the Salvation Army Hall every Friday from 9-11 am. Why not drop in and meet with like minded folk whilst your child/children play and interact with children

of similar age. Adult Classical Ballet Class every Wed in Eastfield Developmen­t Centre form 10-11 am. Suitable for all ages and levels. Cost £3.50 per class and all welcome. Poppy Appeal Collectors are needed in Fauldhouse. Volunteers are the lifeblood of Poppyscotl­and.
