Angela Constance, MSP for Almond Valley visited the recently refurbished branch of Santander in The Centre, Livingston.

The MSP said:“I was delighted to visit the Livingston branch of Santander and see first-hand how the recent refurbishment has improved facilities for customers, whether they wish to bank traditionally using the counter services or use modern, digital ways.

“It was also good to see how they work with local charities and find out how local groups can apply for Discovery Grants from the Santander Foundation. Projects that help to improve people’s knowledge, skills and experience or to overcome social challenges in innovative ways can apply for up to £5000. Santander also has excellent information about how to avoid scams and protect yourself from falling victim to fraud, something that can affect anyone but is often targeted to the over 60s.”
