No previous experience required. We welcome anyone who would like to learn to play a ukulele to experienced players we charge £2 per night, and have a lot of fun. Ability Centre Chess Club ( WEST LOTHIAN ) offer chess training from 9.00am-4.00pm 5 days a week, on the latest computer software .Book your session by contacting Jorden Smith 01506 774066. Jargon free, friendly, local, one to one support is available at Carmondean Connected on Fridays from 1pm – 4pm. Soccer Centre – Aimed at 5 to 8 year old boys and girls, giving them the chance to practice skills and play small side games in a positive environment. Saturdays from 11.30 running to 12.30pm. Cost is £3.50 per week, participants just turn up and pay and play on the day. Held at Deans Community HS.
13th West Lothian Scout Group The Beavers are age from 6 to 8 years old and meet on Tuesdays from 6.30 to 7.30. The Cubs are from 8 to 10 years old and meet on Thursday night from 6.30 till 8.00. The Scouts are from 10 to 14 and meet on Thursday nights from 7.00 till 9.00. We meet in Deans Community Centre on both nights. Livingston station Playgroup offers play sessions, where children can develop and learn at their own pace. We have part/ full time places available, as well as funded places too. Please contact Livingston Station Playgroup on 07930 372345, through our Facebook page or pop in Monday - Friday between 9:10 am and 11:30 am at Livingston Station Community Centre, 4 Main St, Deans.
2nd Livingston Girls Brigade meets every Tuesday 6.30pm at St Andrews Church Hall. Girls from primary 1-7 will be made welcome. We are also looking for volunteers to help support our team. We encourage the girls in craft, games, fun.
Function Hall Hire Masonic Hall The Masonic Hall, 3 Nellburn Road, Deans, Livingston is available to hire most Saturdays at a reasonable cost. The hall can hold 84 with a good size dance floor and a separate room for a Buffet. If you wish we can supply caterers for your buffet and a Disco or a live band at very reasonable cost. Sports and Leisure The pool operates on a session basis please see our website for availability, prices and session times. Copies of our current timetables for swimming, fitness room and sauna can be found in the relevant pages at foot of the web page. There are also fun sessions available with inflatables.
