SCOUT GROUP A G M The 13th West Lothian ( 1st Livingston ) , Scout Group AGM will take place on Thursday 15th November at Livingston Station Community Centre in Deans . The evening kicks of at 6.30 pm with the youth sections giving displays , and the business part starts
at 7.30 pm. Election of office bearers will take place. Teas and coffee etc , will be available on the evening. Any badge presentations will also take place
Democrcy If you would like to take part in an informal discussion about how democracy works in your local area, you are invited to a community consultation hosted by Livingston United Parish Church and the Church of Scotland as part of the Scottish Government Democracy Matters consultation. No previous experience required. We welcome anyone who would like to learn to play a ukulele to experienced players we charge £2 per night, and have a lot of fun. Mini Kickers/Soccer Centre Mini Kickers – Fun Football introductory sessions for boys and girls aged 3 to 5 years held on Saturdays from 10.30am running till 11.30am. Soccer Centre – Aimed at 5 to 8 year old boys and girls, giving them the chance to
practice skills and play small side games in a positive environment. Saturdays from 11.30 running to 12.30pm. Cost is £3.50 per week, participants just turn up and pay and play on the day. Held at Deans Community HS. 13th West Lothian Scout Group The Beavers are age from 6 to 8 years old and meet on Tuesdays from 6.30 to 7.30. The Cubs are from 8 to 10 years old and meet on Thursday night from 6.30 till 8.00. The Scouts are from 10 to 14 and meet on Thursday nights from 7.00 till 9.00. We meet in Deans Community Centre on both nights. We are also looking for a new leader as well or you can just be a parent helper. We have part/ full time places available, as well as funded places too. Girls from primary 1-7 will be made welcome. We are also looking for volunteers to help support our team. We encourage the girls in craft, games, fun.
