Hotel Artemis (15)

The main issue with Hotel Artemis is the central concept’s lack of creativity and originality.

The titular location shares many similarities with John Wick’s Continental, where most of the characters here wouldn’t look out of place.

A grand cast to elevate proceedings, though, led by Jodie Foster’s poignant and reflective custodian.

Jeff Goldblum exhibits a rarely seen dark side, ex-wrestler Dave Bautista’s movie career continues to blossom and Zachary Quinto is a welcome presence.

The action sequences come up a little short, particularly when compared with the aforementioned John Wick.
