Police probe break in at shop
Thieves have stolen a threefigure sum of cash from a fast food shop in Linlithgow during an early morning raid on the business. Three men forced their way into the shop on High Street at around 2.45am on Tuesday, December 11. The suspects then stole the money before escaping in a small grey car with a black roof, believed to be a Mini. Police have launched an investigation and inquiries are ongoing to trace these individuals. Anyone with information is asked to come forward. Detective Inspector Paul Batten from Livingston CID said: “This break- in is likely to have attracted a lot of attention, despite the early hour, and anyone who witnessed what happened is urged to contact police immediately.
