New clubs at The Hub

The Colliery Hub in Whitburn is starting a series of new clubs in the New Year. The organisation will be starting three new projects at the beginning of the year to go alongside the groups volunteers currently run. The charity is starting a chess club, an astronomy club and a Scalextric club at the end of January. All projects will be free for anyone on any type of benefit to come along and take part The organisation will be supplying basic equipment and once volunteers see how people come along, there will be scope to expand to get more materials for each project.
