Help with finances in the NewYear Store undergoes £5.4m refurbishment

The West Lothian Financial Inclusion Benefit Service will be closed until Monday, January 7 2019. Once re-opened the service runs from Fauldhouse partnership centre Monday to Wednesday from 10am until 3pm and on a Friday by appointment only. In Breich it is available at Woodmuir Primary School by appointment and in Longridge Community Centre on Wednesdays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. At Stoneyburn Community Centre anyone can drop in on Wednesdays between 10am and 12pm and at Whitburn Community Development Trust on Thursdays between 10am and 12pm. The WLFIN Money Magic courses have been updated to adapt to requests made from previous participants and can now offer a range of financial choices in half hour sessions. Shoppers can also indulge in a freshly made Asda pizza from the new update café which they can enjoy sat in or to take away.

In addition to the new layout and brightened look, customers can ensure they are looking after their eyes with the relocated optical department now situated at the front of the store to providing care and convenience.
