open space and a play area.

A public exhibition was held in Bridgend recently.

Now Strutt & Parker is inviting comments from the community to allow as many people as possible to contribute.

Associate director Tara Cowley said: “At this point in the pre-application and site design process we are asking the community for views on how the site should be developed and what it should deliver in terms of house size, type and open space.

“There will of course be an opportunity to formally comment when the planning application is submitted later this year.

“We were delighted by the positive feedback at the community meeting.

“We are conscious that some residents may have missed the event due to bad weather and we are welcoming comments on the proposals throughout February.

“We urge the local community to take part and hope this will enable all those who would like to comment to do so.”

Copies of all exhibition material can be requested from the company.

Comments and feedback can be provided up until February 26 by email to perth@struttandparker.com.
