MID CALDER BABY AND TODDLER GROUP
which normally meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Institute Hall, Market Street, Mid Calder and which has been suspended due to Coronovirus Covid-19, have now commenced holding outdoor meetings- weather permitting. Please check the groups Facebook page for information and updates.
MID CALDER BOWLING CLUB
beer garden is now up and running and the main bar is open Fridays 6pm10pm, Saturdays 11am-9pm and Sundays 12noon-6pm.
Members are expected to follow guidelines on distancing and sansitisation. Bowls Scotland has indicated that club competitions can be played, we will not run any championships this season but a singles and a balloted pairs are being organised, entry sheets on club board.
We are delighted with the number of members who have re-joined and amazed at the some 20 new bowlers who have joined. Work has started on the toilet extension, the construction phase is expected to start in the next few weeks. Anyone requiring information on what is happening at the club should call Brian on 07821 258737.
