Chick out this spicy curry full of flavour

This always makes a great curry treat.

The recipe uses chicken thighs but you could make the sauce then add leftover turkey or chicken. It also can be made and frozen ahead of time.

I added in half a red chilli pepper but that is optional and depends on how spicy you like your food. Finally, don’t forget some fresh coriander for the finishing touch. Enjoy with rice and naan bread!
