Do you know someone with dementia? If so please contact them re a Music 4 U group held on the third Wednesday of each month in Carmondean United Parish Church, Fells Rigg, Livingston. Afternoon tea, musical activities and fellowship can be enjoyed with other people in a similar position; we do ask that a carer comes along as well.
Volunteers are trained in dementia and skilled in music. There is no charge - only fun and stimulation geared to the needs of the person with dementia.

HATHA YOGA CLASS

Hatha classes are suitable both for beginners and more experienced students, for all ages (over sixteen) and most levels of fitness.

DEDRIDGE DEDRIDGE COMMUNITY COUNCIL
has expressed concern regarding the deteriorating condition at the sites of local shops at Crofthead, Nigel and Douglas Rise.
Having had no maintenance carried out for years paving stones require replacing, walls repaired, steps realigned, new signage and fence repairs. The Council has asked the West Lothian Council to inspect the sites.
