Due to ongoing growth and service development, we are recruiting Support Workers who will join our established team in Blackburn, West Lothian, providing high quality individualised support to adults and young people who have a range of disabilities and support needs.
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.
On a day to day basis we support people with all aspects of their lives including; personal care, taking care of their home and finances, developing and maintaining full and active participation in their community.
A commitment to a person centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with disabilities would be helpful but is not essential.
Key provides excellent professional supervision, support and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference to people’s lives.
Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights.

Recycling Operative / Yard Labourer
We are looking to employ reliable consistent recycling operatives on a permanent basis.
On the job training will be given initially, with opportunities for further training potentially leading to progression within the company.
Duties will include but not exhaustive to: · Picking and sorting construction and demolition waste from a conveyor belt · General labouring duties

Previous recycling experience preferred but not essential.
Core hours are 7am to 5.30pm including overtime.

Nursery Assistant (Relief)
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
As a temporary keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are
met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
Prioritise the safeguarding of children. Speak up against practices that don’t support safeguarding or our core values.
Attend parents evening, recruitment/ open day events and relevant training sessions.
Build close relationships with parents and carers and report daily on their child’s time at Nursery.
Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key
children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
Remain up to date with our childcare policies and procedures.
Be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal
audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted, CI and CIW.
Maintain staff to child ratios.
Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working and caring for children under five years (preferred).
A willingness to undertake relevant childcare qualifications in the future (preferred).
Passion to deliver high-quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities.

Bulk Spirit Supply Operative
Key responsibilities include: - Loading/Unloading Bulk spirit tankers - Set up the maturation warehouse facilities to accommodate the achievement of spirit availability
