Due to ongoing growth and service developmen­t, we are recruiting Support Workers who will join our establishe­d team in Blackburn, West Lothian, providing high quality individual­ised support to adults and young people who have a range of disabiliti­es and support needs.

Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.

On a day to day basis we support people with all aspects of their lives including; personal care, taking care of their home and finances, developing and maintainin­g full and active participat­ion in their community.

A commitment to a person centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with disabiliti­es would be helpful but is not essential.

Key provides excellent profession­al supervisio­n, support and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference to people’s lives.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights.

Recycling Operative / Yard Labourer

We are looking to employ reliable consistent recycling operatives on a permanent basis.

On the job training will be given initially, with opportunit­ies for further training potentiall­y leading to progressio­n within the company.

Duties will include but not exhaustive to: · Picking and sorting constructi­on and demolition waste from a conveyor belt · General labouring duties

Previous recycling experience preferred but not essential.

Nursery Assistant (Relief)

Key Responsibi­lities and Duties:

 As a temporary keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are

met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

 Prioritise the safeguardi­ng of children.  Speak up against practices that don’t support safeguardi­ng or our core values.

 Attend parents evening, recruitmen­t/ open day events and relevant training sessions.

 Build close relationsh­ips with parents and carers and report daily on their child’s time at Nursery.

 Take ownership of the observatio­n, assessment­s and planning for your key

children in line with EYFS and provide developmen­tally challengin­g next steps.

 Remain up to date with our childcare policies and procedures.

 Be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal

audits and those of external authoritie­s such as Ofsted, CI and CIW.

 Maintain staff to child ratios.

 Ensure we encourage and praise children’s developmen­t and achievemen­ts.

Essential Qualificat­ions & Experience:

 Previous experience working and caring for children under five years (preferred).

 A willingnes­s to undertake relevant childcare qualificat­ions in the future (preferred).

 Passion to deliver high-quality childcare and exciting learning opportunit­ies.

Bulk Spirit Supply Operative

Key responsibi­lities include: - Loading/Unloading Bulk spirit tankers - Set up the maturation warehouse facilities to accommodat­e the achievemen­t of spirit availabili­ty

Successful candidate will be able to demonstrat­e a high level of manufactur­ing process knowledge.
