Do you know someone with dementia? If so please contact them re a Music 4 U group held on the third Wednesday of each month in Carmondean United Parish Church, Fells Rigg, Livingston. Afternoon tea, musical activities and fellowship can be enjoyed with other people in a similar position; we do ask that a carer comes along as well. Volunteers are trained in dementia and skilled in music.

There is no charge - only fun and stimulatio­n geared to the needs of the person with dementia. The group meet from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. all welcome. Contact Nancy on 419904 for more informatio­n.
