Approval fornew industrial units

-

The green light has been given to build 11 new industrial units in Livingston worth £3million.

The 2060sqm facility at Eliburn Industrial Park will include car parking and can be used for offices, industrial and storage or distribution. Two buildings will be built, which will house the 11 units by owners Northern Trust.

The company Northern Trust has more than 200 industrial, trade and office park locations around the country. It acquired Eliburn Industrial Estate in 2018 and submitted the application in 2020.

Director Tom Parkinson said: “We have been expanding our multi-let industrial portfolio in Scotland, and Eliburn offers excellent small unit business accommodation which we will be able to add to by developing the adjoining additional land. The asset compliments our on-going strategy to acquire/develop multi-let industrial assets to support the SME business community.”
