THE BRIDGE 19-40 UNION CANAL SOCIETY

Are hosting a fundraisin­g day on Saturday, May 21 from 10am at Port Buchan, Broxburn. Please come along and watch the parade on the water, we will have stalls raffles and refreshmen­ts.

THE LIGHTHOUSE BABY & TODDLER GROUP

This new group is now in place, 9 noon, at Broxburn Baptist Church! All welcome. We aim to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere to aid Parents, Grandparen­ts, Carers and Child-minders in caring for and entertaini­ng the wee ones in their care. This group is new and we are interested in suggestion­s to help its evolution and growth. We will be following the Scottish Government­s Guidance regarding Covid; we hope this will give folks confidence to come along!

CARERS OF WEST LOTHIAN

Run two monthly social groups for disabled adults living in West Lothian. The evening group runs on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6-7pm and the morning group, on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 10.30-11.30am.

They are using zoom to run these groups while there’s social-distancing restrictio­ns in place.

Normally, the evening group meet in Bathgate and the morning group, in Livingston.

These social groups are a great way to meet other people, have a chat and a bit of fun with an activity or two such as quizzes, music etc.
