Ms Constance added:“West Lothian College has proved yet again how responsive it is to local student needs, delivering positive results, and in many respects it is a leading College in Scotland.

“I am very proud of the role the college plays in improving the life chances of young people and those returning to education, as well as ensuring our local economy has the skilled workforce it needs.
