Are you an animal lover looking for a new copmanion?

Mae, a friendly two-year-old Lurcher is currently staying at Dogs Trust West Calder andneeds a new forever home.

A lively girl who loves to play, Mae will happily chase her favourite squeaky ball or zoom around the garden to her heart’s content. She makes friends easily and can’t resist a fuss or a few tasty biscuits from her favourite humans. After a busy day of fun, she enjoys nothing more than curling up on the sofa for an afternoon snooze. Mae recently enjoyed visiting a foster family where her carers described her as“a dream in the home”.

While Mae loves exploring on her walks, she prefers human company and needs to walk in quiet areas where she won’t meet other dogs. She will happily jump in the car to go on new adventures in peaceful places. Mae would make an excellent companion for active, experienced dog lovers who can keep her company at home while she settles in.

If you think you could provide a home for Mae or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the West Calder Rehoming Centre on 01506 873459.
