West Lothian Courier

Win tickets to see top movie at the cinema

- DEBBIE HALL

The West Lothian Courier is delighted to be teaming up with our friends at Bathgate Cinema to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair tickets to the biggest movies.

All you have to do is pick up the Courier every week and correctly answer a question for the chance to win.

Whether it’s a family favourite, a fast-paced action or a classic comedy – there’s a film to suit everyone’s taste at Bathgate Cinema, which offers a unique viewing experience for locals.

You can watch all the biggest releases in the comfort of the cinema’s cosy couches, while enjoying tasty treats with friends and family.

All tickets at Bathgate Cinema – based in the former St David’s Church on George Street – are now starting from £4.99 in a bid to encourage movie lovers to visit during a tough time for the economy.

This week we have Brendan Fraser’s return to glory with an award winning performance in ‘The Whale’.

Fraser plays reclusive, morbidly obese English teacher, Charlie.

In a town in Idaho, Charlie hides out in his flat and eats his way to death.

He is desperate to reconnect with his teenage daughter for a last chance at redemption.

It’s a far cry from his action-packed role in The Mummy franchise, which also starred mega star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in his breakout role.

For your chance to win a pair of tickets to a movie and screening of your choice, just answer the following question:

Which Hollywood A Lister did Brendan Fraser have a hand in kick starting their career?

A) John Travolta

B) Ryan Gosling

C) Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson

Email your answer to Debbie.hall@reachplc. com, no later than 12pm on Thursday, January 28.
