The West Lothian Courier is delighted to be teaming up with our friends at Bathgate Cinema to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of tickets to the biggest movies.

All you have to do is pick up the Courier every week and correctly answer a question for the chance to win.

Whether it’s a family favourite, a fast-paced action or a classic comedy – there’s a film to suit everyone’s taste at Bathgate Cinema, which offers a unique viewing experience for locals.

You can watch all the biggest releases in the comfort of the cinema’s cosy couches, while enjoying tasty treats with friends and family.

And for parents the cinema has launched special screenings on Fridays where they can bring the little ones and catch a movie and a chat with other parents .

There’s toasties and tea/coffee available plus plenty of snacks in the shop.

All tickets at Bathgate Cinema – based in the former St David’s Church on George Street – are now starting from £4.99 in a bid to encourage movie lovers to visit during a tough time for the economy.

This week Bathgate Cinema is bringing back Disney classic Beauty and the Beast:

The original 1991 animated movie is coming back to the big screen to tell the story of Belle, a beautiful young woman, whoagrees to live with the Beast in exchange for the return of her abducted father.

Soon, Belle discovers that her hideous captor is actually an enchanted prince.

The movie features seminal classic songs, ‘Be Our Guest’ and of course ‘Beauty and the Beast’ sung by the late Angela Lansbury.
