Horsham under-12s crowned league champions

Severe wet and windy condition didn’t dampen Horsham under-12’s spirits as they battled the elements to lift the Saywell International Arun & Chichester League title. They beat rivals Chichester City Colts White 4-0 which handed them the crown with a game in hand. Goals came from Sonny Barton (two), Sam Ayling and Thom Ong. It has been a fantastic team effort from all the squad this season and they still have the League Cup final to come on March 31 against Worthing Town Blue. The under-11s were also in action away to Worthing Dynamos and the pitch conditions and the swirling wind hindered their neat passing football which lead them to defeat.
