Staff at a care home in Horsham have been going the extra mile to make sure the residents stay smiling.
Carers at Rosedale have gone above and beyond to make sure things run as smoothly as possible during the disruption. Two senior carers, Clare Budgen and Karen Laidler, have moved in to the home to ensure there is no disruption to staffing levels at a time where the health and social care sector is facing unprecedented sickness and absence according to deputy manager Hayley Crosby.
