Gerry Moore art on sale in Sussex
Artworks by polymath Dr Gerald Moore are to go on sale in Billingshurst and Wisborough Green. Gerry Moore ran a medical empire, a Safari Park and Motor Museum, while also painting, sculpting and writing novels, children’s books and poetry. He died in 2018 at the age of 91. His collection of his own art and sculptures will be sold at Summers Place Auctions in Billingshurst on May 18 and the remainder of his art collection and furniture from his estate will be sold by Bellmans in Wisborough Green the following week.
