Showhomes are proving a draw at Amblehurst Green

-

Two showhomes at Bellway’s Amblehurst Green development in Billingshurst have been proving popular with local home-hunters since their launch. The new four-bedroom Holly and Elm showhomes opened their doors just over a month ago and have been giving people the chance to visualise the interior layout of typical properties at the development.

Bellway is building a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at Amblehurst Green, with highquality terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, plus play areas for children, a nature reserve and extensive landscaping.

As a five-star rated HBF (Home Builders Federation) developer, with more than nine out of ten customers saying they would recommend Bellway to a friend, the developer is known for the care and attention that goes into constructing its new homes.

Daniel Williamson, Head of Sales for Bellway South London, said: “We are really pleased with how well received these beautiful new showhomes at Amblehurst Green have been by visitors.

“They are really helping prospective purchasers imagine life in a new home here.

“And of course, by visiting the site, people can also see what a great location the development enjoys, just half a mile from local shops, a ten-minute walk from the nearest railway station and just a short drive to the stunning South Downs National Park.

“Amblehurst Green is going to be a very special place to live. Everyone involved has worked together to create a wonderful residential scheme for the future that complements the site’s natural beauty.

“We would urge prospective buyers to come and view these lovely new homes for themselves to see just how good life can be for newcomers to this exciting new community.”

The launch of the showhomes marks continued progress at the Amblehurst Green development, off East Street. Bellway’s portion comprises 110 properties within the full scheme of 475 one to five-bedroom new homes.

Amblehurst Green is set to become a landmark local development providing many new community facilities, including doctors’ and dentists’ surgeries and a primary school.

Located on the A29, eight miles from Horsham, close to good schools and within easy walking distance of all the amenities of the village centre, the development has been carefully designed to make the most of its lovely natural setting.

Nature conservation is a key feature of the scheme, with new woodland, heritage trails and boardwalks crossing large ponds. There will be natural play areas for children, as well as a skatepark and water-based play activities. The scheme will also include new meadows planted with fritillaries, wild flowers and exotic plants.

There’s currently a choice of three, four and five-bedroom houses available to reserve at Amblehurst Green, priced from £400,000, with two-bedroom homes coming soon.

The Amblehurst Green sales office is open daily from 10am to 5pm. For details of upcoming properties call 0333 577 8981 or visit www.bellway.co.uk.
