Eagle-eyed readers will have last week noticed one of our long-standing columnists –Sally Pavey – is moving on to pastures news and will no longer write for the WSG.

We wish Sally all the best and thank her for her contributions over the years.

In her place, this week we have a contribution from Arundel and South Downs MP Andrew Griffith, who gives us an update on his work as a parliamentarian.

Andrew’s constituency touches on all the traditional heartlands of the WSG and we hope his regular contributions will become a welcome fixture in your weekly paper.
