Deer park’s new shop

A working deer farm has opened a farm shop, butcher’s and deli.

Sky Park Farm, in West Harting, opened the new facility last Wednesday, with a ‘clear mission to champion local producers’. A total of 40 per cent of suppliers come from within 30 miles.

Becky Harris, operations manager, said: “Our staff are passionate about the journey of food from farm to fork, knowing where our food comes from and how it was grown or raised is easier when buying local.

“We carefully select our suppliers and are excited by the quality and variety of produce we have available”.
