College housing

A house is to be converted into student accommodation for those attending West Dean College – and more could follow suit.

Planning permission has been granted by the South Downs National Park Authority to change a house in Vicarage Lane into student accommodation. The application explained the impact of Covid has created the need to allow better social distancing and self-isolation.

More homes could also be converted with another planning application to convert three homes in Church Lane into more student accomodation.
