Manor’s manager

Historic hotel Gravetye Manor, in East Grinstead, has announced the appointment of a new general manager.

Andrew Thomason has been in the role for a decade but will shortly hand over responsibility toPaulSkinner,whohasworked at a range of five-star properties in London for around 20 years.

Gravetye Manor’s owner Elizabeth Hoskin said: “Andrew Thomason has done a fantastic job over the last decade, reestablishing the hotel as one of the best, and has created a strong base for Paul to start from.”

The manor dates back some 400 years.
