Variety of events for Sussex runners
Horsham Joggers duo Maldwyn Thornton and Nicolette Eyre competed in the Harrow Hill 10k.
The route comprises two 5k laps of a tough course.
Race times were for Maldwyn 53:46 and Nicolette 1:06:37
The West Sussex Fun Run League Run your Heart Out 8k took place at the K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley, the second race in the series, and 34 Horsham Joggers competed.

The Slindon Slog is a tenile trail run set in the stunning village of Slindon.
Starting off at Slindon Pits, the route takes runners up and into the mud pits for your first burst of mud, water and sand.
There are some scenic woodland trails for a good few miles. The route is an out and back with a visit to the ‘steps of doom’.
When you feel like your legs can’t take any more, they finish you off with another lap of the pits followed by a run back down to the entrance of the pits and the finish line and some welcome refreshments.
You will be starting and finishing in the same place, so it’s a perfect spot for your supporters to take pictures.
