Paramedic ‘fake’

POLICE are investigating a “fake paramedic” who is believed to have had contact with more than 100 patients.

The Metropolitan Police said it was contacted in July regarding concerns about a London Ambulance Service member of staff which reportedly included responding to 999 calls and discharging patients at the scene.

Following inquiries, a man was arrested at an address in Essex.
