Chain to open hotel in West

A FAST-GROWING European hotel chain is adding to its portfolio with a new opening in Bristol.

Leonardo Hotels’ newest destination on Temple Way will feature 197 bedrooms, a fully equipped gym, bar and restaurant.

Employing up to 50 people by the end of this year, it is located close to both Temple Meads and Cabot Circus, providing a convenient place to stay for visitors to the city.

A spokesperson said the hotel, which opens on May 17, will feature “contemporary interiors made from sustainable materials,” built in line with the world’s leading sustainability assessment method.

It has been designed for business travellers to be able to hot desk in the connectivity area, bar or restaurant, while also bringing “comfort and style to guests looking for a UK break” as staycations return.
