Vaccine firm sues rivals for ‘copying’

COVID-19 vaccine maker Moderna is suing Pfizer and the German drug manufacturer BioNTech, accusing its competitors of copying Moderna’s technology to make their vaccine. Moderna said Pfizer and BioNTech’s vaccine Comirnaty infringes on patents Moderna filed several years ago. It filed in the US and Germany. Pfizer declined to comment.
