Chance to appear in film

-

WILTSHIRE-BASED film director Guy Ritchie is offering the chance to win a walk-on part in one of his upcoming films.

The prize is one of many on offer at a charity auction for Julia’s House children’s hospice, which cares for children across Wiltshire and Dorset.

The auction will take place at Julia’s House first-ever race day at Salisbury Racecourse on Friday September 9.

The charity has some A-list prizes on offer for racegoers, including the chance to meet Ritchie and star on the silver screen.

The winning bidder will also meet Guy Ritchie and enjoy a behind-the-scenes experience on the film set, with UK-based location, date and film to be confirmed.

More than 2,000 visitors are set to attend the race day from 12.30pm to 7.30pm, which includes an amateur jockeys charity race.

Richie and his wife, the model Jacqui Ainsley, are patrons of Julia’s House children’s hospice. They provided vital support in building the charity’s hospice in Devizes around five years ago, hosting a fundraising event on their Wiltshire country estate for the charity.
