So proud of our Queen’s funeral

WE have to say how incredibly proud we were to watch the funeral on Monday. Being such a tiny kingdom, there is not a country in the whole world that can put on such an impeccable and emotional performance.

To all the service personnel, young and old, our greatest thanks are given to you. Our hearts were in our mouths each time the pallbearers gently lifted and carried our dear Queen to her final resting place. The steps at Windsor made us all hold our breath and feel as though we were carrying her with them.

We sincerely hope that King Charles will honour those wonderful young men. They deserve all the praise they can possibly get.
