Toasted marshallow­s are the perfect Bonfire Night pud for all the family. The Co-op’s new S’mores Chocolate Brownie (423g, £3) is great for sharing (serves six) with a chocolate brownie sponge baked with dark chocolate chips, topped with biscuit crumb, dark chocolate drizzle and coloured marshmallo­ws. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Perfect with custard or ice-cream.
