Don’t rush me… I’m not the hi-tech type!

WHENEVER some whizz-kid starts displaying irritation at my slowness in understanding what he or she is talking about or at my inability to use electronic equipment with the speed with which they can, I remind them they are dealing with someone for whom switching from a manual typewriter to an electric typewriter was a huge technological leap!
