Robins tie up Ellis

BRITISH talent Adam Ellis will be back with Swindon Robins for a third successive season next year.

The 22-year-old won the league title with the Robins in 2017 and produced another string of solid performances in the latest campaign. And with Jason Doyle, Troy Batchelor and Tobiasz Musielak already on board, it is a fourth familiar face for the club’s supporters.

Ellis said: “I think the team is looking great and knowing what they’ve got planned for the final few signings, I don’t see any reason why we can’t be big challengers for trophies next year.

“On a personal note, it’s great to be back; I feel I’ve steadily improved since I first joined Swindon, but I want next season to be my best one for them yet.”
