CHANGING Rooms looks set to be a little raunchier when it moves to Channel 4 if the latest publicity is anything to go by.

Because the Cotswold selfconfessed “Pimp Granddaddy and Direct descendant of Merlin the Magician” is back in his leather trousers and sporting a rapier sword rather suggestively.

Cotswold-based TV presenter Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen seems to be taking news that he will be working with Naked Attraction and The Sex Education Show host Anna Richardson very seriously.

The flamboyant designer issued an image of himself in a puffed sleeve, open necked shirt tucked into leather trousers.

The proud granddad announced: “Lock Up Your Grannies and Their Beloved teapots. I have returned.”

Referring to Gloucestershire company Barrington Ayre Shirtmaker and Tailor who make all his outlandish suits, he declares: “Mr Tabbs look what you have turned me into”.

He told the Daily Mail: ‘September will mark the 25th anniversary of the first Changing Rooms episode hitting our screens so I really liked the idea of re-visiting the look I had back then. Funnily enough, thanks to Bridgerton, it looks like I’m actually back in fashion.”
