Chiefs must get back to basics, says boss Rob
Andrew Davidson, Adam Hastings, Santi Carreras and Billy Twelvetrees all coming in to start the game.
On international duty this week are Jonny May and Mark Atkinson, who are away with England.
Jason Woodward retains the fullback shirt and will have Louis ReesZammit and Carreras outside him.
Adam Hastings returns at fly-half and will partner Twelvetrees, with Chris Harris in the midfield with Ben Meehan starting at scrum-half.
In the forwards, Fraser Balmain starts at tighthead and will pack down next to Jack Singleton and Val Rapava-Ruskin.
Freddie Clarke is again named at lock with Davidson coming in to partner him. The back row is left unchanged with Ruan Ackermann at six, Ben Morgan at eight and captain Lewis Ludlow starting at seven.
Chiefs rugby director Rob Baxter, meanwhile, wants an improved performance from his side.
The Exeter boss, pictured, said: “We’re more disappointed with last week than the other games, not necessarily because of the result, but because of the manner that we performed in, but we’ve put the London Irish game to bed and we’re setting ourselves some new targets.
“Whenever you’ve had a bit of a backward step your next step isn’t to go all the way to being an amazing team within the space of a week.
“The first things we’ve got to focus back on are getting foundational elements back in our game.”
