Daffodil back as different business
CHELTENHAM’S historic venue The Daffodil has reopened – with the former restaurant now having new uses.
The business in Suffolk Parade closed as a restaurant in August due to pressures during the Covid-19 pandemic and difficulty in recruiting enough quality staff.
It had long been regarded as one of Cheltenham’s most elegant destinations for special occasions.
But now the business is trading again, albeit not as a restaurant. Signs outside the premises say it is available for weddings, private hire and pop-up events. The first of The Daffodil’s Saturday night comedian nights starts on December 3, with Jo Enright.
